State President Truong Tan Sang on Tuesday cabled a message of congratulations to Swedish King Carl XVI Gustaf on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Sweden (June 6).

The same day, FM Pham Binh Minh extended his congratulations to Swedish FM Carl Bildt.
