The Military Zone 3’s School and the Central Military Hospital 108 worked jointly to launch a blood donation program on September 15th.
According to Colonel Pham Van Cuong, Deputy Head of the School, over the past years, the unit had introduced to its teachers, cadres and soldiers the important role of blood donation for patients and many of them had donated blood 2-3 times.
After the opening ceremony, 350 soldiers of the Military Zone 3’s School registered and donated 315 blood units.
It is a good activity to heighten soldiers’ responsibility to the community and to ease the shortage of blood for patients.
